Consultation: Considering a new look or visiting Joshua Altback for the first time? We recommend booking a free consultation. Our talented hair stylists and colourists are here to guide you and give you advise on any changes, whether it’s a slight tweak or a complete transformation.
Skin Test: Client health and safety are crucial at Joshua Altback. Though rare, allergic reactions to hair colour can happen. To prevent this, new clients must complete a Skin Sensitivity test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment. If you live far away from the salon you can order a complete skin test from colourstart online which can be sent to your address.
Dog-Friendly: We love welcoming your dogs to our salon, provided they are well-behaved, house-trained, and on a leash.
Appointment Changes: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Running Late: We know your time is precious and aim to be punctual. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, it may impact your service. Please call ahead so we can adjust our schedule if possible.
Group Reservations: Planning a special event, wedding, or a day out with friends? We can host small groups and make your experience memorable. Let us know in advance so we can prepare adequately for your group.
Personal Items: While we do our best to protect your belongings, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing to avoid any potential issues with hair colour.
